Terms of Use

1. Using the Services

You must use the Services lawfully, provide accurate information, and keep your access credentials secure. You may not misuse a Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful code, or use a Service to create or publish unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

2. Connected services

Some features may let you connect a third-party account, including LinkedIn. You choose whether to connect an account and which actions to initiate. Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We may change or discontinue an integration when required by the platform, law, security needs, or technical changes.

3. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the Services and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you use or publish.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, excluding your content and third-party materials, are owned by Schonekker Innovations or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended; they do not transfer ownership.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect users.

6. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Schonekker Innovations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a Service and disconnect linked accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including how to request deletion or disconnect a linked account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Ajman will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
