Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Schonekker Innovations FZE LLC ("Schonekker Innovations", "we", "us") accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes personal information through this website, our software products, and their integrations (together, the "Services").
1. Who is responsible
Schonekker Innovations FZE LLC is the controller of personal information that we process directly through the Services. A connected platform may separately control information it processes under its own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
The information we process depends on the Service and the choices you make. It may include:
- Information you provide: your name, email address, country, professional profile link, support messages, prompts, drafts, uploaded material, preferences, and other content you choose to enter.
- Account and subscription information: account identifiers, authentication status, saved work, plan or usage records, and transaction references. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us.
- Connected-account information: identifiers, profile details, content, permissions, connection status, and authorization tokens made available when you connect an external account.
- Technical information: limited security and operational data such as timestamps, request status, device or browser information, IP address, error details, and usage counts where needed to operate and protect a Service.
The schonekker.com company website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or contact-form tracking. Contact-form details are used to deliver and respond to your enquiry.
3. Sign-in and connected accounts
Access. If you choose to sign in with or connect an external account, the authorization screen identifies the information and permissions requested before you approve the connection. Depending on the feature, we may receive an account identifier, email address, name, profile details, profile-picture URL, connected account or organization details, content, connection status, and the authorization token required to provide the feature.
Use. We use connected-account information only to authenticate you, create or match your Service account, maintain your session, display available account details, associate saved work and entitlement records with the correct account, provide the connected features you request, protect the Services, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Storage. Authentication tokens may be stored in your browser's local storage, and limited session information may be stored in a browser cookie. Account details and related Service records may also be stored in systems operated by us or by contracted infrastructure providers while needed for your account and the purposes stated in this policy. Signing out clears locally stored authentication tokens from that browser where supported.
Restrictions. We do not ask for or receive the password for an external account. We do not sell connected-account information, use it for advertising or credit decisions, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Human access is limited to support you affirmatively request, security or abuse investigation, legal obligations, or appropriately aggregated internal operations.
4. Connected-service data
Collection timing. Connected-service data is collected when you connect an account, open or refresh a connected feature, or initiate or schedule an action such as viewing activity, publishing, sharing, responding, or deleting content. We do not scrape connected services or refresh stored profile data on an unrelated schedule.
Use. We use this data only to maintain the connection, display the accounts and content available to you, provide the publishing, sharing, or engagement features you request, carry out your confirmed actions, troubleshoot failures, and secure the integration. If you expressly request an assisted drafting feature, selected content and relevant context may be sent to a contracted processing provider solely to generate the requested draft for your review.
Storage. Connection identifiers and tokens may be stored while the connection is active. User-created or scheduled content may be stored so the Service can save or carry out your instructions. Content retrieved from a connected service is held only as needed to provide the requested feature or maintain an authorized operational record. Where connected-service content is stored, it is kept segregated and selectively deletable.
Restrictions. We do not sell connected-service data, use it for advertising, create unrelated profiles, use it to make credit, insurance, employment, or housing decisions, conduct surveillance, or make it independently available to third parties.
5. User content and AI-assisted features
When you request an assisted feature, we may send the prompt, settings, selected content, uploaded or generated images, and related technical parameters to a contracted processing provider only to produce the result you requested and operate or secure the feature. We may keep request status, usage, cost, error, prompt, and output records as needed for saved work, entitlements, support, abuse prevention, and reliability.
We do not intentionally include authentication tokens or external-account profile information in these requests. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information unless you have the right and a clear reason to do so.
6. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide and administer the Services, perform user-requested actions, authenticate accounts, provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, improve reliability, enforce our terms, and comply with law. Where applicable, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, your consent for optional connected services, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
7. Sharing and service providers
We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Infrastructure and authentication providers for sign-in, hosting, storage, security, and operational processing.
- Integration providers for connected-account, publishing, sharing, and engagement features you choose to use.
- Connected platforms when you authorize a connection or direct an action on that platform.
- Content-processing providers when you choose an assisted feature, as described above.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction parties when required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may process information only for the contracted purpose and under applicable confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service, maintain security, meet legal or financial-record obligations, and resolve disputes. Connected-account information is generally retained while the related account or connection remains active. Operational, security, support, and transaction records may be retained for a limited additional period where necessary for those purposes.
Connection tokens are retained only while needed for the connection. On a verified deletion request or account closure, we delete connected-service content, account identifiers, and authorization tokens from active systems without undue delay, except to the extent retention is required by law. If we stop operating an integration or a connected platform requires deletion, we delete the affected stored data. We also instruct processors holding that data on our behalf to delete it.
Disconnecting an external account removes the stored connection and associated provider profile. Ideas, drafts, and other content that you entered directly into a Service may remain because they are separate from the connection; you can include them in a deletion request. Revoking platform access stops future access but does not by itself delete information already stored in your Service account.
To request deletion, access, or correction, use our online contact form and choose Privacy or data request. Identify the relevant Service and connected account, but do not send passwords or access tokens. We may verify your identity to protect the account. We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained by law.
9. Your choices and connected-account controls
Connecting an external account is voluntary. You can decline a permission request, disconnect within the Service, or revoke access through the connected platform's account, security, or privacy settings.
If requested permissions or our intended use change materially, we will update this policy and obtain fresh authorization or consent before using newly requested data where required.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, credential restrictions, and security monitoring. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate contractual or other transfer safeguards.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Use the contact process below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
12. Children
The Services are intended for adults and professional use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services or legal obligations. The date above shows the latest revision. We will provide an appropriate notice of material changes and seek renewed consent where a platform policy or applicable law requires it.
